Xinzhou Shen Da Group, the circular economy industrial park of coal chemical industry in Yuanping City, has an annual coal production of 4.2 million tons. On this basis, a coal chemical industrial park was built. Through the joint efforts of Yuanping Municipal People's Government and Xinzhou Shen Da Energy Group Co., Ltd., the cooperation intention of the 10 million tons coal washing project in Yuanping Coal Chemical Industry Park was reached. The park is located in Shiyan Temple, Fuyang, with a planned area of 1.600 mu. The former Pinghua No.2, Haohua, Yuanping Steel Factory and other enterprises retreated from the urban area to the suburbs and settled in the park, and launched coking, methanol, urea, steel and other projects. Xinzhou Shen Da Group's 10-million-ton coal washing plant is the first enterprise to enter the park this year, followed by coking, chemical industry, coal machine manufacturing and other related enterprises, and will form a comprehensive industrial park integrating coking coal washing, processing, chemical industry, coal machine manufacturing and supporting services.

According to the deployment, Xinzhou Shenda Group Company will invest 3.3 billion yuan from this year to rebuild and build the integrated 15 coal mine, and all the intrinsically safe mines with mechanized mining and modern management will be built two years later. Secondly, it is to optimize the industrial structure and extend the industrial chain. 12 coal processing and transformation project and railway transportation project are planned, with a total estimated investment of 4.6 billion yuan. The 10-million-ton coal washing project in Yuanping Coal Chemical Industry Park signed this time is a strategic measure to optimize the industrial structure, extend the industrial chain and realize circular and sustainable development, which is of great significance to give play to the resource advantages of Yuanping City, expand the coal chemical industry, promote the new industrialization process and promote local economic and social development.
