The recruitment notice says that it can be replenished, but there is no such way:

1. Workers can negotiate with the unit first to find a reasonable solution.

2. If negotiation fails, you can complain to the labor inspection brigade where the employer is located.

If the complaint fails, you can go to the local court for prosecution.
