Brief introduction of Guangzhou Nansha Central Hospital

In order to improve the allocation of medical facilities in Nansha District and speed up the construction of a new town in southern Guangzhou, Nansha Central Hospital was jointly invested and built by Guangzhou Municipal People's Government and Nansha District People's Government. It opened on July, 2008 15, and is the only tertiary general hospital in Nansha District. The hospital was originally affiliated to Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau and managed by Guangzhou First People's Hospital. On March 20 14, it was renamed Nansha Hospital of Guangzhou No.1 People's Hospital (brand name: Guangzhou Nansha Central Hospital) with the approval of Guangzhou Organizational Establishment Committee. Adjusted to the direct management of Guangzhou First People's Hospital, it is still a financial institution at the level.

The hospital is adjacent to Jiaomen River in the west, Huanshi Avenue in the north, Jinzhou Station of Metro Line 4 in the north and mountains in the east, with beautiful environment, fresh air and convenient transportation. The total area of the hospital is 10.05 million square meters. The construction project is divided into three stages. The first phase of the project has been completed, with a construction area of 30,000 square meters. There are currently 155 beds. The second phase of the project was delivered in March, 20 16, including 13-storey inpatient building and 5-storey medical technology building with 500 beds. The second-phase follow-up project includes 13-story surgical comprehensive inpatient building,1/health care and rehabilitation building,1/science and education administration building, 3-story staff canteen, tumor radiotherapy center and hyperbaric oxygen chamber. The foundation pit of the project is located at 201/kloc-.

The hospital has set up internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency department, intensive medicine, anesthesiology, traditional Chinese medicine, rehabilitation, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, stomatology, dermatology, medical imaging, medical laboratory, clinical medicine and so on 17 specialist departments. There are 5 15 employees, including 34 senior titles, 2 doctoral supervisors, 2 master supervisors, 7 doctors and 26 master/kloc-0. At present, the hospital is equipped with advanced medical equipment and precision instruments worth nearly 1. 1 100 million yuan, including 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging system (MRI), digital subtraction angiography system (DSA), 64-slice spiral CT, digital X-ray photography system (DR), high-definition gastrointestinal endoscopy (NBI), automatic biochemical analyzer, automatic immune analyzer and so on.

Since the opening of the hospital, various difficult operations have been carried out, and countless complicated and critical patients have been successfully rescued, and the business volume has increased rapidly. At present, the specialties of the hospital are: trauma surgery, gastroenterology, dermatology, pediatrics, Chinese medicine, imaging, laboratory and physical examination center.
