2. Phenomenon: vertical flow

Reasons: too much thinner makes the paint viscosity too low and lose its viscosity; Too much oil, too close to the surface of the object or too slow spraying operation; Too much and too thick oil injection each time or too short re-injection interval; The surface of the object is uneven, especially the streamline shape is easy to produce vertical flow.

Solution: mix as required; Control the oil output, ensure the paint separation and improve the running speed of the spray gun; Don't spray too thick each time, it is best to master the interval brushing time twice; Control the oil output and reduce the thickness of paint film; Mix according to the instructions.

3. Phenomenon: orange peel

Reasons: too much curing agent makes the paint film dry too fast and the reaction is fierce; Too high spraying pressure makes the paint film wrinkle and unable to level; The temperature at the job site is too high, so the paint film should not be exposed to the sun.

Solution: mix according to the instructions; Adjust the air pressure, not too big; Pay attention to the site temperature, and slow drying diluent can be added to inhibit the drying speed.

4. Phenomenon: Whitening

Reasons: The temperature and humidity in the job site are high, and the paint film reacts violently, which may combine with moisture in the air to produce whitening phenomenon; Too much curing agent, too much at a time is too thick.

Solution: pay attention to the humidity on site and add waterproof white water to prevent whitening; Proportional modulation, one spray should not be too thick.

5, phenomenon: foaming

Original solid: compressed air mixed with water on the paint film, the temperature at the job site is high, and the paint dries too fast; The surface of the object has high water content and high air humidity; A spray is too strong.

Solution: oil-water separation, pay attention to drainage; Adding slow-drying diluent; Clean the surface and paint it with white water; It should not be too thick at a time.
