TW-320 Ernst & Young Wire Slicing Machine Operating Instructions
1.0 Purpose:
Develop wire cutting operation guidance procedures to ensure the effective execution of the wire cutting process.
Scope of use of 2.0:
Silicon rod wire cutting
3.0 operating equipment:
Lifting hand truck, mortar mixing barrel, mortar Pump, TW-320 wire cutting machine, Allen wrench, wire cutters, soldering iron, turnover box, scissors, work light.
4.0 working conditions:
Room temperature (0-40℃), relative humidity 80, cooling water, compressed air
5.0 work process:
Adjust the machine setting parameters to wind the material, cut the material, and flush the material
Pick the material from the sticking room and fix the material in the clamp
6.0 Operation process:
p>6.1 Preparation:
6.1.1 Check that the cooling water temperature does not exceed 12°C, the pressure is 0.3-0.35MPa; the flow rate is 850N liters/min (dry air)
6.1 .2 Confirm the diameter, length, cutting thickness, diameter of the steel wire used, the total amount of remaining steel wire, the usage time of the main roller, the groove distance of the main roller, the number of mortar cutting knives, the selected cutting program and parameters. .
6.1.3 Clean the main roller to ensure that there are no debris or foreign objects on the main roller and on the moving path of the cutting line.
6.1.4 Determine the mortar temperature to be 25 degrees.
6.2 Winding: (The red line represents the steel wire)
6.2.1 Assemble the wire wheel on the pay-off shaft, and tape the thread end to the winding wire tightly.
6.2.2 Use tape to wrap the two main rollers together and stick them tightly (for transmission and carrier), then stick the thread end tightly to the tape, manually turn the main roller to wind the thread, and use the dial pin to remove the thread from the thread. Dial the steel wires into the slots one by one at the wire end until the wiring width is 10~15mm. Use wiring tape to stick the new wire. Use scissors to cut off the wire behind the tape and stick the wire ends firmly to prevent the wire ends from loosening during automatic winding and improve the main performance. The roller speed is increased until the new steel wire covers the entire wire network, and the outlet end is wound three times more.
6.2.3 Pull out the excess wire and wrap it around the guide wheel around the take-up wheel and stick it with tape.
6.2.4 Install the mortar nozzle.
6.3 Loading and aligning materials
6.3.1 Take out the cutting materials from each machine and check the work order, and mark the left and right on the work order. Right (double with material). Before cutting the material on the machine, it must be reviewed and signed by the squad leader to prevent wrong cutting.
6.3.2 Ensure that the shorter group is placed at the end of the feed direction.
6.3.3 Use a lift truck to lift the good bar material to the position of the clamp groove on the machine tool, align it and gently push the material into the clamp mold by hand and clamp it, and use a steel ruler to measure it. The end faces of the two silicon rods are 8~12mm away from the edge of the wire mesh and both front and rear are within the wire mesh. Then use a torque wrench to tighten the screws and lock the clamp. After tightening the clamp, gently shake the workpiece by hand to check if there is any looseness. If there is any looseness, It cannot be turned on.
6. 3.4 In the "Installation Workpiece" screen, manually lower the silicon rod to be cut and gently press it on the online screen to set the reference zero point.
6.3.5 When comparing the reference zero point, if it is found that there is a deviation in the height of the two crystal rods (deviation value lt; 1mm), the deviated crystal rod should be returned.
6.3.6 Set the zero point and lift the silicon rod 1mm.
6.4 Run-in
Close and lock the cutting hatch cover, conduct two-way wiring, stop wiring after 15 minutes, wait for the machine to stop completely, open the hatch cover, and check the active and passive parts. Check whether there is a jumper on the wire pulley and whether there are any impurities in the mortar (since the mortar has now covered the wire net, you need to touch it with your hands to check the wire net).
6.5 Cutting
6.5.1 Check whether the pay-off wheel meets the cutting length requirements, whether the guide wheel time meets the cutting requirements, and whether there are any abnormalities in the rotation of the guide wheel.
6.5.2 Before turning on the machine for cutting, check whether the threadless end is wound around the wire pulley and whether the protective cover is firmly installed.
6.5.3 Check whether the wire pulley is in normal condition before starting cutting.
6.5.4 Before starting the cutting, check whether the mortar pipe is smooth and whether the curtain is broken.
6.5.5 Before starting cutting, check whether the manual valve of the mortar tank has been opened.
6.5.6 Before starting cutting, check the actual tension and set value, and check whether the cutting parameters are correct.
6.5.7 Inspection procedures before starting the cutting. If other procedures are used, the technical department must agree.
6.5.8 Operate the manual screen to route the cable at a slow speed, and observe the quicksand condition of the slurry pipe. If any blockage or curtain breakage is found, clean it immediately. Touch the slurry with your hands to see if there are any larger particles. If any are found, Larger particles should be replaced with slurry immediately.
6.5.9 Turn off the mortar and run it manually for 3 minutes. Dry the mortar. Check whether there is a jumper and touch the surface of the main roller with your hand to see if there is silicon slag. If silicon slag is found, clean the main roller in time. If there is a lot of silicon slag, Clean again.
6.5.10 After opening the mortar and checking that there is no broken curtain, switch to the automatic processing screen and press the [Automatic Operation Start] key to perform automatic cutting.
6.5.11 Fill in the records carefully during the automatic cutting process.
6.6 Unloading
6.6.1 Open the cutting hatch, check the wire net, and observe whether the bar is cut through. It is strictly prohibited to lift the material to check whether it is cut through. Then manually lift the material in the workpiece installation screen (the whole process should be done slowly to avoid breaking the wire).
6.6.2 Use a loading and unloading cart to send the cut materials to the washing workshop for washing. The whole process must be handled with care.
6.6.3 During the flushing process, the silicon wafers must be flushed with water. Each silicon wafer can be flushed clean. Each flushing time is 20 minutes.
6.7 Preface
6.7.1 Check whether there is any residual residue on the wire net (touch the entire wire net with your hand), and then run it fully automatically to dry the mortar on the wire net and repair it. Wire net jumpers. Clean the mortar nozzle, filter and blow dry.
6.7.2 Clean the broken silicon wafers in the recycling bin of the wire cutting machine and place them collectively in the recycling basket (wafers of different models and sizes are stored separately).
6.7.3 Replace mortar. When replacing all mortars, the mortar tank must be cleaned and the moisture removed.
6.7.4 Clean the residual mortar at the workpiece fixture.
6.7.5 Then run the dry mortar automatically to check that there are no jumpers, and prepare to load materials.
6.7.6 When replacing the mortar, the machine must be started to filter the mortar for half an hour before the rod can be officially used for cutting.
7.0 Precautions
7.1 The diameter, length, weight, and slice thickness of the silicon rods taken out from the bonding process must be carefully checked. Any problems found should be traced back in time. Failure to supervise work, and bear the same responsibility as the person directly responsible.
7.2 Before cutting, touch the wire mesh with your hands after turning on the mortar pump to make sure there are no abnormal impurities in the mortar.
7.3 When cleaning the machine operation panel, wipe it gently to prevent misoperation and cause alarm shutdown.
7.4 Clean the fragment recycling box after each cut, and accurately record the number and weight of fragments.
7.5 It is strictly forbidden to place cut silicon wafers in the air, especially silicon wafers, otherwise marks deposited after drying and cracking of the mortar will appear on the silicon surface.
7.6 During the turnover process, materials must be put into the material box. It is strictly prohibited to pick up and carry with bare hands to avoid material loss.
7.7 Be sure to follow the work order with the materials to prevent mixing of materials.
7.8 Main roller
7.8.1 Check the main roller every time and record the condition. If any abnormality is found, replace it immediately.
7.8.3 The main roller should be replaced when the cumulative use time reaches 600 hours.
(Except for special circumstances)
7.9 Wire reel
7.9.1 All wire reels must be replaced after 300 hours.
7.9.2 Replace the wire pulley immediately if any abnormality is found during inspection.
7.10 Carefully check the work order and materials before cutting to prevent wrong cutting.
7.11 Make various process records on time.
7.12 Do not modify the machine parameters without permission.
7.13 During the transfer process, the silicon rod should avoid bumping against the bottom of the material when loading and unloading to prevent it from falling.
7.14 Mortar ratio, ethanol: sic=1:0:92 (mass ratio), the sand must be dried for 8 hours before use. Add ethanol first and stir, then add sand one after another for 12 hours during the stirring process. Hours before use.
7.15 After shutting down, wait for 3 minutes before turning on the power switch. When shutting down, make all the motors on the machine stop running before turning off the power. After turning off the power, it is strictly prohibited to operate the machine again. When performing any operation on the machine, it is forbidden to turn off the air and water during a short shutdown. When the machine is shut down for a long time, ventilation and water must be continued for 4 hours before the supply can be stopped.
8.0 Disconnection accident
8.1 Record the equipment status and cutting parameters when the accident occurred.
8.2 Carry out rescue according to the on-site situation. If the take-up wheel is broken, press the line and continue cutting. If the pay-off wheel and wire network are broken, re-route the wire and cut.
8.3 When cutting the wire mesh, sort out the part of the wire network to be cut from the inside of the crystal rod, hold the end to be cut off with one hand, and use scissors with the other hand to quickly cut off this part of the network wire at once , after cutting, gently pull the thread out of the piece. When cutting the thread net, no thread residue should fall into the machine.
8.4 adopts re-cutting method. It is necessary to lift the crystal rod, rinse the cracks with water and blow dry the water with compressed air.
8.5 Carefully insert the crystal rod into the newly laid wire network and lower it to the feeding position when the wire is broken.
8.6 Open the mortar and wait until the temperature reaches the set value to manually start the spindle, start the feed and continue cutting.
8.7 Fill in the accident report.

Start-up precautions
1. Confirm that there are no things that may affect the machine.
2. Check the cooling water condition. The cooling water temperature is required to be maintained at 10-15°C and the water pressure is above 0.3Mpa (3 kgf). 3. Check the compressed air. It is required The air pressure is above 0.3Mpa (3 kg force), and the air supply volume is not less than 600NL/min (600 liters/min at standard atmospheric pressure);
4. After confirming that the above three items meet the requirements, turn on the main power switch.
5. Enter the main menu and start operating the machine.
Shutdown precautions
1. Remove the tension on the left and right tension arms.
2. Turn off the mortar mixing motor and mortar supply motor.
3. Confirm that all motors on the machine are stopped, press the emergency stop button and turn off the key switch that controls the power supply, and then turn off the main power switch.
4. It is prohibited to perform any operations on the machine after turning off the power.
5. It is forbidden to turn off the air and water during a short shutdown. When the machine is shut down for a long time, it is necessary to continue to ventilate and water for 4 hours before stopping the supply.
