Supercomputing Wuxi Center is a public institution directly under the Wuxi Municipal Government, which was jointly established by the Tsinghua University and Wuxi Municipal Governments. The staff are not only soldiers, but also researchers and clerks.

Wuxi National Supercomputing Center is jointly invested by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Jiangsu Province and Wuxi City, and is the first major scientific and technological infrastructure in Jiangsu Province.
