Defendant: Tang Qiang, male,1born on February 22nd, 977, Han nationality, high school education, taxi driver, living in Group 5, xiaohe village, Heizhen, Yuanzhou District, Guyuan City, Ningxia.

During the trial of the dispute between the plaintiff Monti Group Co., Ltd. and the defendant Tang Qiang over the infringement of the trademark right of computer network domain name, the plaintiff Monti Group Co., Ltd. filed an application for withdrawing the lawsuit with our hospital on September 25th, 2007.

We believe that the plaintiff Monti Group Co., Ltd. should be allowed to voluntarily give up the claim according to law. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 131 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the ruling is as follows:

Allow the plaintiff Monti Group Limited to withdraw the lawsuit.

The acceptance fee of the case is 1050 yuan, and the actual income is 525 yuan, which shall be borne by the plaintiff Monti Group Co., Ltd. ..
