20 13 Announcement of Public Recruitment of Staff in Reception Office of Linfen Municipal Committee and Municipal Government of Shanxi Province

According to the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions (Order No.6 of the Ministry of Personnel) and the Notice of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department on the Full Implementation of Open Recruitment of New Personnel in Public Institutions (No.53 of Jin People's Social Welfare Department [2012]), combined with the work needs of the institutions affiliated to the Reception Office of Linfen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, it was decided to openly recruit the staff of their institutions for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the number of open recruitment

There are 3 staff members of institutions affiliated to the reception desk of Linfen Municipal People's Government of CPC Linfen Municipal Committee.

Second, open recruitment qualifications

Open recruitment qualification:

1, with People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) nationality;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;

3. Good conduct;

4. Those with normal physical condition, good image, good temperament, talent and more than one year of government reception experience at or above the county level will be given priority under the same conditions;

5. Have Linfen household registration;

6. Have a full-time college degree or above;

7.30 years old or younger (1born after June 1983).

One of the following circumstances does not apply:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes;

2. People who have been expelled from public office;

3. Persons who are found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants (refer to civil servants);

4. The punishment period or the affected period;

5. Servicemen;

Third, open recruitment procedures.

Open recruitment work according to the relevant requirements of the central and provincial, take registration, qualification examination, written examination and interview, physical examination, publicity, employment and trial procedures.

Applicants should go to the organization department of the county (city, district) Committee where their household registration is located or download the registration form (A4 version format) from Linfen Party Construction Network (www.lfdj.gov.cn). Registration time is from May 8 to May 14 (8: 00 am-12: 00 am; Afternoon: 14: 30- 18: 00), applicants are required to bring the original and photocopy of their academic diploma (and provide relevant academic certification materials), and fresh graduates are required to provide school certification materials, second-generation resident ID cards, original and photocopy of household registration certificates (stamped with the special seal for household registration of the local police station), and four recent one-inch bareheaded red background photos with work units. Applicants should fill in the application form in duplicate, and all the contents and supporting materials must be true, otherwise the recruitment qualification will be cancelled. The candidates for the interview shall be determined by the open recruitment leading group of the General Office of the Municipal Party Committee from high to low according to the written test scores of candidates and the ratio of the number of interviewees to the number of recruitment positions of 3: 1.

The candidates for physical examination and investigation shall be determined by the open recruitment leading group of the General Office of the Municipal Party Committee according to the candidates' total test scores (total test scores = written test scores ×40%+ interview scores ×60%) and the ratio of the number of physical examination and investigation to the number of recruitment positions 1: 1. Those who fail the examination shall not be employed.

The physical examination is organized by the open recruitment leading group of the General Office of the Municipal Party Committee. The physical examination is organized and implemented in the designated general hospitals above Grade III B by strictly referring to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health, and the revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Notice on Physical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servants (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065 438] 19). Those who fail the physical examination will not be employed.

After the interview, vacant positions due to the voluntary abandonment or inspection of candidates and unqualified physical examination will not be filled.

After the study of the meeting of the Secretary General of the Municipal Party Committee, the General Office of Linfen Municipal Committee put forward the opinions of the candidates to be hired in the order of the total score from high to low, and made a 7-day publicity.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if the employment problem is affected, the employment qualification will be cancelled after being identified by the General Office of the Municipal Party Committee and reported to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, and the position will not be filled; No problems affecting employment are found, and the general office of the municipal party committee shall report to the organization department of the municipal party committee for approval, and go through relevant formalities.

The probation period for new employees is three months. After the probation period expires and the employees pass the examination, the general office of the municipal party Committee shall go through the relevant formalities. If the examination is unqualified, the relevant formalities shall not be handled.

Matters not covered in this announcement shall be decided by the open recruitment leading group of the General Office of the Municipal Party Committee.
