To work in beer production, you need to be a sommelier or brewer.

1. Professional Level

This profession has three levels, namely: Level 3 Sommelier (National Vocational Qualification Level 3), Level 2 Sommelier (National Vocational Qualification Level 3) National Vocational Qualification Level 2), Level 1 Sommelier (National Vocational Qualification Level 1).

2. Ability characteristics

Have keen sense of color, vision, smell, taste and analysis, reasoning and judgment capabilities; have accurate expression ability and calculation ability.

3. Training requirements

Full-time vocational school education is determined based on its training objectives and teaching plans. Promotion training period: no less than 150 hours for a third-level sommelier; no less than 120 standard hours for a second-level sommelier; no less than 120 standard hours for a first-level sommelier.
