In order to implement the spirit of the reform of talent system and mechanism in Shandong Province, according to the Notice of Heze Municipal Committee and Heze Municipal People's Government on Amending Article 30 of Heze's New Talent Policy (Heze Fa [2019] No.5) and the Implementation Opinions of Cao County Party Committee and Cao County People's Government on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Teachers' Team Construction in the New Period (Cao Fa [2065438], the structure of teachers' team in our county was optimized and comprehensively improved. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Job Requirements and Registration Conditions

1, with China nationality, firm politics, law-abiding and good moral conduct.

2. College graduates must obtain full-time undergraduate degrees and degree certificates of "double-first-class" construction universities or national provincial key normal universities before July 3, 2020. Among them, graduates with master's degree or above must be full-time graduates from ordinary colleges and universities, and full-time undergraduate graduates from "double-first-class" construction colleges have the same or similar majors, but they must obtain corresponding teacher qualifications within two years; Full-time undergraduate graduates from provincial key normal universities should be teachers' majors, and the same or similar to the reported disciplines.

3. Healthy, under 35 years old (born after 1985.03. 17). In 2020, the age of graduate students can be relaxed to below 40 years old (born after 1980.03. 17), unless the post has special age requirements.

4. On-the-job personnel of government agencies and institutions in our county and those who have resigned (retired) from government agencies and institutions in our county for less than half a year are not allowed to apply. Non-fresh graduates are not allowed to apply for jobs on the condition of obtaining academic qualifications.

5. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found to have serious violations of discipline such as fraud in the recruitment (employment) of civil servants and institutions at all levels, and other persons who are not allowed to be employed as stipulated by laws and regulations are not applicable.

Candidates who pass the preliminary examination need to conduct on-site qualification examination. At the time of qualification examination, the registration form, diploma recognized by the state (recommendation form for graduates' employment stamped with the official seal of the graduate school), the second-generation ID card, registration certificate and teacher qualification certificate (certificate of passing the teacher qualification examination) within the validity period, the originals and photocopies (photocopies are bound in the above order), and 4 recent 2-inch bareheaded color photos are required. On-the-job personnel outside the county are required to apply for employment.

The time and place of on-site qualification examination will be notified separately. If you don't participate in the on-site qualification examination, you will be deemed to have given up your registration qualification automatically.

Those who pass the qualification examination and reach the employment intention will enter the interview, and the interview time and place will be notified separately.

The interview was conducted in the form of a trial lecture. The time shall not exceed 10 minutes, and the content shall be provided by the interview team. The interview order is determined by drawing lots.

The interview mainly evaluates the comprehensive quality of candidates and the basic ability and professional quality that candidates should have in this major. Six, inspection and physical examination

2. The office of the Leading Group for Introducing High-level Talents in Cao Xian County will conduct a detailed investigation on the candidates' personal files, ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance. According to the Opinions on Further Strict Management of Cadres' Archives issued by the Organization Department of Shandong Provincial Party Committee (Lu Zufa [2017] No.2), the contents such as "three-year-old, two-year-old and one-identity" will be mainly reviewed, and the existing problems in the archives will be disqualified.

3. Vacancies caused by abstention, inspection and unqualified physical examination shall be filled by the office of the Leading Group for the Introduction of High-level Talents in Caoxian County. Seven. Publicity and employment
