What are the requirements for bank recruitment?

In the recruitment announcement, some banks will require candidates to hold the "Professional Qualification Certificate for Banking Practitioners" (the original banking qualification certificate) before they can register. However, most banks require candidates to be admitted successfully, and it is ok to get a certificate after joining the job.

Banks may have different detailed requirements for recruitment conditions, but basically they all need to meet the following conditions:

(1). Honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, good conduct, no bad record;

(2) Strong learning ability, communication ability and team spirit;

(3) Good health, good facial features, quick thinking and strong language skills;

(4) Love the financial business and identify with the corporate culture of the bank you are applying for;

(5) Local banks and branches of five major banks tend to take care of candidates with local students. For example, Agricultural Bank of China restricts local students (prefecture-level cities).

The campus recruitment of banks includes autumn recruitment and spring recruitment, which are generally only for fresh graduates. Autumn moves before the year, and spring moves after the year. Take the fresh graduates of 20 16 as an example, autumn recruitment will start from September to June in the second half of 20 15, and spring recruitment will start around March in the first half of 20 16.

Exam content: English-based, comprehensive knowledge (finance, economy, accounting, banking, common sense basic English), line test and personality test.

Interview form: structured, semi-structured, without leading group discussion, the specific interview form of each bank will be different.

Examination process: The examination process of bank recruitment can generally be divided into: registration → qualification examination → written notice → written examination → interview (one side and two sides) → entry physical examination → employment signing → entry report → starting work.
