According to the needs of the recruitment position, the interview is conducted in a structured way, which is organized and implemented by the Guzhang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, subject to the interview announcement. If there is no effective competition in the interview, the candidate's interview score must reach 70 or above before entering the next procedure.

According to the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment position 1: 2, the on-site qualification review will be conducted from the candidates in this position according to the total written test scores from high to low, and the interviewers will be determined. Due to the abandonment of the applicants or the unqualified on-site qualification examination, the positions will be filled equally from high to low according to the total score of the written test. Those who have the same total score in written test will enter the interview at the same time. The number of supplements shall not exceed 2 times. Those who fail to reach the examination proportion after two times of make-up will enter the interview with the actual number of qualified people.

The written test scores and interview scores are kept to two decimal places. The comprehensive score of written test+interview post calculation is reserved to three decimal places.
