Comics studio: one or two main writers, plot, character design, painting, etc. Usually one person and two people work together to make it, but I have never heard of three people. An assistant, used for miscellaneous tasks, such as painting black and scraping dot paper. Having too many people has no effect. Instead, it will cause chaos in the studio due to inconsistent ideas. The salary is not enough.
