My overall feeling about the interviewer:

A customer service officer may be promoted to management because of his seniority, but he is definitely not competent. She said that the person in charge of the customer service department was disrespectful to people and did not recognize his talent. Moreover, as a customer service person, he was rude to others, which showed that he had a bad mentality. Shouldn't the customer service language be better? It doesn't matter if you don't like the applicant, but don't be a bad person and don't hurt them.

Regarding the statement that platform operation is easy, I think she should be the head of the business department. I hope she has the ability to influence the lifeline of the entire company and the ability to look down on people. My last job was in a large company, much larger than Green Alliance. The 2/3-year-old operator said that performance depends on the resources provided by the company. If the product is good, it will be sold poorly. Shenzhen has so many screws, customer service, operations, and even IT practitioners with a monthly income of 20,000 yuan. The person in charge of customer service can resign and give it a try to see if it is suitable for her. I have seen too many customer service managers leave and be replaced easily by their replacements. The worst is customer service.

Maybe the customer service person in charge is too capable and is definitely not a screw. However, the management of Green Alliance is so arrogant and the employees live like this without comment. Lulian builds its own brand, produces and sells its own products, and its operations are much better than those of other companies. Which one is better, a Huawei mobile phone that sells for one million yuan or a hot chicken mobile phone that sells for one million yuan? Don’t boil a frog in too warm water. I have been hanging around in the customer service circle for a long time without any future. I feel that many things are easy to do and operations are easy to do. If it is easy to do, I can try other companies that do not have their own brands. I hope she will not always be a customer service person. She just shows off her seniority and feels like she is the only one in the world. She hopes that she will become an irreplaceable talent that affects the lifeline of the company. With this skill, companies will be eager to get it with high salary. I guess the temple of Lulian is too small to accommodate a talent like her. Ha ha.
