Setting method to prevent your resume from being actively searched by HR of a specific company:

1. Open the "Lagou Recruitment" APP on your mobile phone, enter the Lagou Recruitment homepage and click on the lower right corner "mine".

2. After entering the "My" interface, click the "Privacy Settings" option to enter.

3. After entering the "Privacy Settings" interface, click "Add Enterprise Options" below. Note: HR who selects "Anonymous Display" will not be able to see personal real-name information on the platform.

4. Click the search box above to enter the name of the company you want to block, and click "Block Selected Companies" below.

5. After blocking the selected company, all HR personnel of the blocked company will not be able to search for your resume.
