8. Public Notice

The list of proposed personnel will be published in the Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau () within 7 working days.
The announcement content includes name, gender, date of birth, graduation institution and graduation time, major studied and academic qualifications (degree), total examination scores, and work experience, professional titles, and occupations required by job recruitment conditions. 9. Employment and remuneration
For those candidates who have no objections after being announced, or the objection information has been verified as not affecting the employment, the recruiting unit shall put forward their opinions on the proposed employment and fill in the "Chongqing Municipal Institutions" The "Registration Form for New Personnel in Units" and the "Roster of Personnel to be Recruited by Chongqing Public Institutions" will be submitted to the competent authorities for review and then submitted to the Tongnan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval.
For personnel who have been approved for employment, the recruiting unit shall sign a "Public Institution Employment Contract" with the employing personnel in accordance with relevant regulations, establish personnel relations, and improve employment procedures. Personnel recruited through open recruitment will be subject to a probationary period in accordance with regulations.
If the employee passes the evaluation at the end of the probationary period, he or she will be formally employed; if the employee fails to pass the evaluation at the end of the probationary period, the employment contract will be terminated.
If during the employment period it is discovered that the hiring personnel or personnel involved in the recruitment work have concealed relevant circumstances, resulting in the personnel's conditions not meeting the requirements for the public recruitment positions, the employment contract shall be terminated.
Once recruited in this open recruitment, the personnel must have served in the recruiting unit and the competent department for a minimum of 3 years.
