20 17 Guangxi teachers' recruitment announcement clearly states:

2. Qinzhou: Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to register: on-the-job personnel. Persons who have the status of civil servants or refer to the staff of management units or institutions have resigned (hired) for 2 years or been dismissed for less than 5 years.

3. Yulin: Newly hired personnel of institutions who have not completed the probation period.

4. Baise: On-the-job personnel must obtain the consent of the unit, the competent department and the human resources and social security department at the same level. Institutions at all levels shall not apply for open recruitment of staff before the probation period expires.

5. Guigang: Staff members who are employed in newly hired institutions and have not completed the probation period are not allowed to apply for the exam.

6. Fangchenggang: Employees who have worked in new institutions for less than 2 years (including probation period) are not allowed to apply. On-the-job personnel must obtain the proof that the work unit and the competent department agree to apply for the exam before they can apply for the exam.

7. Hechi: Persons who have been employed as civil servants, who have been employed as staff of institutions in Hechi City for less than 2 years (including probation period) or who have not met the service life requirements of the original application positions shall not apply.

8. Guest: On-the-job staff of state organs and institutions must obtain the consent of their work units and their competent departments and obtain written certificates before they can apply for the exam.

9. Hepu, Beihai: Employees of institutions in Beihai (including one county and three districts) who have been employed for less than five years (including probation period) are not allowed to apply for the exam.

10. Different cities in Guangxi have different conditions for teacher recruitment and registration. Some cities have no requirements for in-service civil servants and institutions to apply for teachers. In-service civil servants and institutions in some cities can apply for teachers, but they must obtain the consent of their work units and competent departments and obtain written certificates before they can apply for teachers.
