The total land area of ??the project is 9052.37_, the total construction area is 240416.55_, and 26 small or high-rise residential buildings have been built. There is also a kindergarten planned in the northwest corner of the project, with Canal Park on the west side and Hefeng Yinyue, a project for sale by China Construction Engineering Corporation, on the east side.

Community*** has two main entrances and exits, respectively on Pangshan Road and Yunhe Middle Road. The exterior facade of the project, with its large glass and application of dark gray paint and off-white paint, is very modern.
