First, the construction points

1. The surface of the base course shall be smooth, the angle of yin and yang and the corner line shall be dense and well defined, and the surface shall be free of oil, dust, foam splashing and mortar flow marks. The moisture content shall not be greater than 8%.

2. Before painting and scraping porcelain, the defects and pits on the surface of the matrix or base should be embedded with putty, polished with emery cloth and filled with putty.

3. When scraping porcelain, the construction environment should be clean. Plastering engineering, ground engineering, wood decoration engineering, water heating and electrical engineering, etc. It was all completed before the porcelain scraping project.

4. The working viscosity or consistency of scraping porcelain must be controlled and determined according to different material properties and environmental temperature. It should not be too thin or too thick, so that it will not wear the bottom and will not sag when smearing.

5. Scraping porcelain shall not be diluted arbitrarily during use.

Second, the main process of scraping porcelain

Cleaning → filling the gap, locally scraping putty → smoothing → first full scraping putty → smoothing → second full scraping putty → smoothing → first scraping porcelain → filling putty → smoothing (light) → second scraping porcelain → smoothing (light) → third scraping porcelain.

Third, the construction technical measures

1. Basic therapy

First, use a knife to remove the dust and scum on the decoration surface. If there is oil on the surface, clean it with cleaning agent and clear water, and clean the surface dust with a brown brush after drying. After the surface is cleaned, adjust SG8 1 1 putty with water and diluent of vinyl acetate emulsion (the ratio is1) to a proper consistency, and use it to fill the pits, honeycombs, holes and defects on the wall. After the putty is completely dried, remove the excess putty with one operation, and then polish it with coarse sandpaper (150 or 180).

2. Blow the putty twice.

For the first time, scrape it with a rubber scraper. The horizontal scraping should be smooth, uniform, smooth, dense and smooth, with neat line angles and edges. Scrape as thin as possible, without leakage, and leave no gaps in the joints. Be careful not to dirty the door and window frames, or you should clean them in time. After the putty dries thoroughly for the first time, polish it with coarse sandpaper. Pay attention to balanced operation, protect edges and corners, and clean them with a brown broom after polishing; The method of scraping putty for the second time is the same as that for the first time, but the scraping direction is perpendicular to that of the previous time. Then use 100W solar lamp to illuminate the wall or ceiling surface, and use fine sandpaper (No.360 or No.400) to polish it flat and smooth.

3. Priming construction should be carried out on a dry, clean and firm surface, and the coating should be uniform and not missed.

4. Intermediate coating structure

If unevenness is found before applying the first intermediate coating, fill it with putty and polish it. Before use, the paint should be fully and evenly mixed with a portable electric mixing gun. If the consistency is large, it can be diluted with water appropriately, but the amount of water added each time should be consistent, and the consistency should not be different.

Then pour the paint into the tray and brush it with a paint roller for the first time. The roller should be painted horizontally and then rolled longitudinally to drive off the paint, Tu Ping. Generally, the order of roller coating is from top to bottom, from left to right, first far and then near, then edges and corners, small faces and then large faces.

Uniform thickness is required to prevent excessive paint dripping. Drum can't be painted with internal corners, it needs to be filled with a brush, and it can't be missed. It is necessary to remove the rolling hair from the wall at any time. One wall should be done in one go. Avoid overlapping brush marks, and wipe the paint that pollutes other parts with water in time.

After the first coat construction, it usually takes more than 3 hours to dry before the next polishing process. In case of wet weather or winter, the interval should be appropriately extended. Then, use fine sandpaper to polish, the polishing strength should be light and uniform, and the coating should not be worn through, and the polished surface should be clean;

The second intermediate coating brush is the same as the first one, but it is no longer polished. After painting, it should meet the requirements of advanced painting of general latex paint; (If the front putty and the bottom coat are handled, there is no need to brush this layer deeply).

Spray latex paint

(If latex paint is sprayed, stick a newspaper first, and stick the doors, windows, cabinets and skirting lines with newspaper to avoid paint splashing on them. Due to the different base material, dental period, alkalinity and dryness, it is necessary to carry out trial spraying on local walls in advance to determine the compatibility between base material and coating, and at the same time determine the appropriate coating amount; Before using latex paint, fully shake the container to make it fully and evenly mixed, then open the container and fully stir it with a wooden stick; It is best to close the window when spraying to prevent dust from entering. Excessive temperature difference between indoor and outdoor will affect the spraying effect.

The nozzle should always be perpendicular to the wall (especially at the internal corner), with the spacing of about 0.3-0.5M (adjusted according to the size of the decoration surface), the nozzle pressure is 0. 1-0.3MM 1, and the spray gun moves forward in zigzag, horizontally and vertically crossing. The movement of spray gun should be balanced, the coating amount should be consistent, and it is not allowed to stop and move from time to time to avoid accumulation, sagging or missed spraying;

In order to improve the efficiency and quality of spraying, the spraying sequence should be: wall part? Column position? Front surface area? The arrangement order of doors and windows should be flexible, so as not to increase repeated shielding and not to affect the finished product facing.
