In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the municipal party committee and government and cooperate with 1 1 National Publicity Week for Putonghua Promotion, Hangzhou Federation of Trade Unions held a speech contest on "Harmonious Trade Unions, Quality Life" and "Four Virtues" in Hangzhou. Competitors are required to feel the changes in people's lives in all walks of life in Hangzhou since the 30th anniversary of the reform and opening up, praise the model cases and advanced deeds emerging in the construction of "Four Virtues", and show the spirit of the construction workers of "Quality City". The speech requires clear theme, true emotion, rich content and vivid language.

The first speaker was Lu Xiaohua from Xihu District Federation of Trade Unions. He told a touching story about the selfless dedication of a group of primary school teachers. In Lu Xiaohua's story, people learned about the difficulty of education and their love for work and children. The image of selfless work described by Lu Xiaohua touched everyone present. After the speech, warm applause broke out at the venue.

Yang Juan, from the trade union team of private enterprises in our city, began her humorous speech with the topic of "Shaping Sunshine Mentality". "A positive attitude is like the sun, where it shines, it shines …" The witty opening remarks drew a burst of well-meaning laughter from the audience.

The atmosphere of the game was unprecedented. The players appeared one after another, some impassioned, some eloquent ... During the whole day's competition, the players on the field devoted themselves wholeheartedly and the audience listened carefully. The 50 contestants who participated in this competition were selected at different levels. The contestants closely followed the theme of building a city of quality of life, promoting social morality, professional ethics, family virtues and personal morality, and competed in 8 minutes with standard voice and full enthusiasm, fully demonstrating the good humanistic quality and spiritual outlook of contemporary workers in Hangzhou.

Sun Qingfeng, director of Hangzhou Language Committee Office, Wang Jianping, director of Normal College of Municipal Education Bureau, director of Comprehensive Department of Municipal Civilization Office, and Lei Ming, a famous news anchor of Hangzhou News Radio Station, were invited as judges. They rated the participants' speech content, speech skills, Mandarin and overall impression.

Weng, vice chairman of Hangzhou Federation of Trade Unions, delivered a speech before the game. He called for further advocating "social morality, professional ethics, family virtues and personal morality" among employees through the contest, starting from the side, doing things in good faith, giving play to the exemplary role of moral models, creating a good social atmosphere in the whole society, striving to build a United, harmonious and benign interactive labor relationship and creating a beautiful spiritual world for employees.

Wu Yingqiang, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Municipal Wenguang Group, Wang Yunhai, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and Minister of Propaganda Department, Zhong Bin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Municipal Telecom Company, representatives of the 17th National Congress, national model workers, advanced individuals with provincial moral models, Olympic torchbearers and Kong Shengdong, the driver of the No.28 bus, watched the competition and presented awards to the winners.
