1, clean up the site

2. Assemble the door frame

(1) On the flat and smooth ground, guide a nail hole with a depth of 30-40 mm at the upper end of the mullion with an electric drill with a diameter of 2.5 mm, and firmly connect the horizontal frame with the two mullions with four 80mm round nails.

Note: The three frame mining openings are on the same plane; The gap at the joint between the transverse frame and the vertical frame in the frame is less than 0.5 mm, and the two transverse frames form a 90-degree angle with the vertical frame.

(2) Fix six connectors on both sides of the mullion.

(3) Invert the assembled door frame on the ground and fix the other six connectors with meta-nails.

Note: Check whether the angle is 90 degrees, and whether the width dimensions of the upper and lower points in the door frame are consistent.

(4) If it meets the requirements, "pre-assemble" the door leaf and door frame. The clearance between both sides of the door and the door frame should also meet the requirements.

3. Install the door frame

(1) Move the firmly assembled door frame into the doorway, and pay attention to keeping both sides of the door frame on the same plane as the wall; Check whether the whole door frame is vertical to the ground with a hanging hammer.

(2) Take the nail hole of the connector as the point, and determine the 12 drilling point on the wall.

(3) Drill a hole with an electric hammer with a diameter of 8- 10 mm, nail a wooden wedge in the hole, and fix the connector on the wall with nails.

(4) Insert the battens into the wall and the fixed door frame and gaps, neither too tight nor too loose, and connect the fixed door frame with the wall.

Step 4 Install the door leaf

(1) Join the page slot, and be careful not to damage the decorative surface of the suit door.

(2) Install the hinge. Before nailing the wood screw, guide the nail hole, then nail the wood screw and tighten it.

Note: First, screw a screw for upper and lower hinges, then close the door, and check whether the gap is in compliance, whether the opening is not on the same plane with the door leaf, and whether the door leaf has fallen off. Tighten other screws without problems. It is forbidden to "drive" screws directly into the door frame.

(3) Install the door lock. After the door lock is installed, pay attention to comprehensively check whether the door lock switch is flexible and whether the joints are in compliance. 5. Install the pipeline

(1) Both the cover wire and the retaining strip are provided with concave nail grooves. Fix the door cover wire shell and the door retaining strip shell on the door frame with 20-25mm nails, and then install the batten core of the door retaining strip and the door retaining wire on the door retaining strip and the cover wire shell with glue.

(2) The door rail and the door cover line form an oblique angle of 45 degrees, and the oblique angle shall be polished smooth with a flat file or a woodworking plane. The joint of the two corners of the oblique angle should be in a straight line and the seam should be tight and flat, and glued firmly.

Step 6 Install the lock head

First of all, doors and doorframes should be marked with pencils to mark the locations of holes and holes. The depth of drilling depends on the length of the fixing screw. After the gap foundation is completed, the door handle can be fixed on the measured height of the door panel; After the door handle is fixed, a keyhole needs to be punched in the door frame, and the depth depends on the lock core; They must be kept at the same level so that the unlocked door can be smooth.

7. Install the door suction.

The height of the door suction is generally more than ten centimeters from the ground, and this position is easy to determine. One thing to note is the firmness of the door suction. Long-term door opening and closing pays attention to the firmness of door suction.
