What about working abroad? how much is it? What are the requirements?
1, age. Generally, Singapore and other countries require the age 18-35, while developed countries generally require the age range of 22-48. Of course there are other age requirements.
2. Education. There is no uniform standard for academic qualifications, which mainly varies according to different types of work. General junior high school education or above can also work abroad.
3. Professional skills. The skill requirements are not very high, and some jobs are very simple, such as packers and laundrymen.
2. Migrant workers need to go through domestic and foreign procedures.
Domestic procedures mainly include: passport, exit permit, training certificate, etc. Go to some countries and regions and get vaccinated to avoid infectious diseases. Some countries must notarize their personal data before granting entry. These procedures are generally handled by the operating company. You can go abroad to work after completing the above procedures. If you can't send you out because of the operating company or foreign employer, the operating company will refund your performance bond and service fee. If it is due to your personal reasons or force majeure, the handling fee for going abroad will not be refunded.
Foreign procedures include: entry permit, work permit, etc. This is the responsibility of foreign employers. As for the expenses, the expenses you need to bear include: medical examination fees, adaptive training fees, passport and visa fees, and service fees (the expenses incurred by the labor management company in providing organization and service management shall not exceed 65,438+02.5% of your contract salary while working abroad).
Three, before going abroad, the fees that need to be paid and will not be refunded are:
1. Physical examination fee: Physical examination can be conducted by hospitals at or above the county level or organized by operating companies. The expenses shall be paid according to the actual charges of the hospital, and a receipt shall be kept;
2. Training fee: According to the length of training, it is generally between RMB 150 in 600 yuan (including teaching material fee and overseas labor training certificate). Training fees can be paid directly to the training center or to the operating company. The training is organized by an overseas labor training center recognized by the operating company and qualified by the state. The training time is at least 48 hours.
3. Passport visa fee: paid as required;
4. Airport fuel surcharge: paid as required;
5. Vaccination: actually collected and paid by the epidemic prevention department;
6. Notarization fee for the contract signed with the dispatching company: paid according to the amount of the receipt.
Q: Why do you want to attend the training?
A: Training will help you learn more about relevant countries, understand your basic rights and obligations in working abroad, help you adapt to working abroad more quickly, and improve your work skills. This is your right. You can't be sent abroad to work without a training certificate for foreign waiters.
That's about it ~ I hope I can help the little lovelies.
