Narada Big Data Research Institute combed through all 80 recruitment positions on the website and found that nearly 30% of the positions have no academic requirements, nearly 20% of the positions require a bachelor's degree, but there are 0 positions recruiting master's or doctoral degrees.

Recruitment positions: the largest number of part-time teachers

Nandu Big Data Research Institute sorted out all 80 recruitment information on the website and found that the most recruited positions were online part-time teachers. The 12 positions were all from a school club of a company in Beijing. The positions involved aerobics, There are 12 categories including calligraphy, photography, dance, painting, and musical instruments. There are also many consultant recruitment positions that can take advantage of the elderly, accounting for 8.8%, such as industry consultants, career consultants, sales consultants, course consultants, lawyer consultants, pension consultants, etc.

The salary levels of different consultant positions vary greatly. For example, the monthly salary of a farmland water conservancy consultant is 2,000-5,000 yuan, while the recruiter of a lawyer consultant offers a high salary of 80,000-100,000 yuan. The re-employment conditions for older talents in various professions are relatively high. Doctors, nurses, professional caregivers, managers, journal editors, teachers and other positions can earn salaries of tens of thousands or even tens of thousands of yuan, while the salary of assisting social workers is only 500- 2300 yuan.

Educational requirements: the highest is a bachelor's degree

The academic requirements for different recruitment positions on the China Senior Talent Online are different, but overall the academic requirements are not high, and 25 positions have no academic requirements.
