How much can a Japanese first-line seiyuu get for an animation?

Take a 30-minute TV animation as an example.

The lowest seiyuu-intensive 15000 yen.

The highest is about 45,000 yen.

For each promotion, the salary will increase by 1000 yen.

The firm will levy a tax of 20%-30% and pay 10%, and there is really not much left for seiyuu.

Even if each episode stars a new person with an animation, four episodes a month, but 30 thousand to 40 thousand yen is not as good as the salary of working.
