In order to do a good job in the qualification examination of safety officers in 2009, strengthen enterprise safety management and improve the quality and level of safety management of safety officers in our city, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the organization method of qualification examination

Primary safety officers are directly registered in our training base, and those who pass the training and assessment will be awarded the qualification certificate of primary safety officers by the Municipal Administration of Work Safety.

The qualification examination for intermediate safety officers is organized by the Municipal Administration of Work Safety. Those who pass the examination shall be awarded the "Qualification Certificate of Intermediate Safety Officer" by the Municipal Administration of Work Safety.

Second, the application conditions

(1) Qualification of junior safety officer: anyone who is in good health and meets one of the following conditions can apply:

1. Have a high school education (or equivalent) and have worked in the production and business operation unit for 3 years;

2. Have a college degree and have worked in production and business units for 2 years;

3. Have a college degree or above in safety engineering (including similar majors/the same below).

(2) Intermediate safety officer qualification: anyone who is in good health and meets one of the following conditions can apply:

1. College degree or above, engaged in safety production management 10 years;

2. Have a college degree or above and obtain the qualification of junior safety officer, and have been engaged in safety production management for 4 years;

3. Have a college degree or bachelor degree in safety engineering and have obtained the qualification of junior safety officer, and have been engaged in safety production management for 3 years and 2 years respectively;

4. Have a master's degree or above in safety engineering and have worked in production and business units for 1 year;

5. Have the title of engineer or master's degree or above in engineering, and have worked in production and business units for 2 years.

Third, the registration and examination time

(a) the registration and examination time of the primary safety officer shall be organized and announced by the training institution, and the examination shall be conducted once a month;

(two) the intermediate safety officer qualification examination is organized twice a year, and the examination time is drawn up by the Shenzhen Municipal Administration of Work Safety.

(1) Fill in the registration form for junior safety officer examination at the center consultation office; Submit a copy of your ID card and two photos with a red background of 1 inch;

(2) The center organizes students' examinations in a unified way; The examination is divided into two parts: professional and comprehensive;

Those who pass the examination will be awarded the qualification certificate of junior safety officer.

(two) intermediate safety officer qualification examination and assessment procedures

(1) After completing the information online, you must submit the application materials to the window of the Municipal Administration of Work Safety within the specified registration time, conduct qualification examination, and pay the examination fee.

250 yuan/person.

(2) Registration materials include: registration form, copy of ID card (original inspection), proof of work experience (official seal of the company is required) and two recent color photos with the same background 1 inch. It is also necessary to provide a copy of the highest academic certificate (original inspection), academic certificate or junior safety officer qualification certificate (original inspection) or professional title certificate (original inspection) according to different application conditions. Those who provide false information will be disqualified from this examination, and the paid assessment fee will not be refunded.
