Information required for qualification examination

1. ID card.

2. Registration form and admission ticket (printed by candidates themselves from the registration system).

3. Hukou Book (Hukou Book Home Page and Personal Page). Candidates with collective household registration may not provide the original household registration book, but they need to submit a copy of the household registration book stamped with the seal consistent with the original and the official seal of the collective household unit.

4. Fill in the Qualification Examination Form for Open Recruiters in Guangdong Institutions (see Annex 2) (double-sided printing).

5. Chinese Communist Party party member or member card. Among them, party member's certification materials are: party member's party organization or superior party organization issued a certificate and stamped with the official seal of the party organization; The certification materials of the League members include: individual volunteer letter (original or photocopy) or League member card (with steel seal).

If the graduation certificate is not issued at the time of registration, the academic affairs office of the school should issue the graduation certificate as scheduled and the major and code studied; Students studying in Hong Kong, Macao or abroad must provide the originals and photocopies of overseas academic qualifications, degree certification letters and other relevant certification materials issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

7. The major studied is not listed in the professional catalogue (no professional code). Candidates who choose similar majors in the professional catalogue must provide graduation certificates (graduated), transcripts of the courses they have studied, comparative descriptions of courses and the basis for setting up majors in graduate institutions.

8. Candidates who apply for the post of fresh graduates need to download and fill in the commitment letter for fresh graduates and college graduates who meet the requirements of career selection period (Annex 3). Our Committee will check whether candidates have established personnel or labor relations with employers within the prescribed time limit by comparing pension, work injury and unemployment insurance.

9. Candidates who apply for teaching and research positions in Guangdong Youth League School (Guangdong Youth University for Politics) are required to provide scientific research papers published in the past three years.

10. Other supporting documents required by the post.

All the above documents, certificates and other materials must be provided in originals and A4 paper 1 copy respectively, and returned to the originals after examination.
