Generally, local people only do manual work, while technical work still needs China people. Why are wages still high in poor countries? Because of poverty and a lot of cheap labor, some people will open factories. Because of poverty, many infrastructures are backward. For example, mechanical products in Africa are basically imported, and the prices are more expensive than those in China, so doing business there is very profitable.

Therefore, if a country is bad, the past will be good, and if a country is poor, it will be bad, depending on the poor countries. As for many people who say that poor countries have poor law and order, I will say it below.

Six, about the purpose of fraudulent companies, rights protection after being cheated.

First, let's talk about their forms. Generally, this kind of company will charge a little interview deposit when interviewing in the early stage. This is normal, and they will do the same. Then some companies will say that they will arrange an interview, or they will confirm the quota with the employer. Anyway, it will cost a lot of money, many of which are 19800 yuan, and some say it is 20 thousand yuan, and the total cost is not expensive. Others say that the money has been used for work and employers can reimburse it. I can't figure it out here. There is such a good employer who gives you such a high salary and reimburses you for the handling fee of the intermediary. Please introduce me to a dozen such employers. I can understand that you can't recruit people. The problem is that the salary is so high, the benefits are so good and the fees are so low. Do you think it's possible? So in general, the purpose is for the upfront cost.

Let's talk about what he usually does when he receives money. Someone told me before that he wanted to have a try. He said that if he couldn't handle it anyway, he would refund the money and sign the contract. Generally, such companies are relatively large and easy to reassure workers. Just because of the scale, as I said above, regular companies are generally not very big. Even for qualified companies, only a few people usually go abroad. So many people pay the money and wait for the result, and the result is no result, because these companies have never really dealt with it. Why do you say that? If approved by employers, the visa rate is high. No problem, basically no problem. Now that the employer's approval has come down, the visa can come down. But in fact, after the visa comes down, I believe many people will go to such a cost-effective list. The problem is someone else. You see, many people in China go to Japan every year. Although there are advertisements, are there so many advertisements? After going to Japan for three years, the income is only over 200,000, and the agency fee is over 30,000, so the answer is no. First, the employer's recognition of such companies is false, and it is useless for some employers to send a document that has not passed the immigration office. European and American documents are not stamped and cannot be identified, so they have a back.

Even if you can't refund the money, it's nothing. Just wait for him to pay it back slowly. So why do many companies like to make money like this, because the crime cost is low? Anyway, if you have no money, find some people who want to go out to work, collect some upfront fees, collect hundreds of thousands, and after a few months, there will be nothing.

Therefore, the so-called rights protection, if you really want money, you will generally give it. If you can't get the money, go directly to the company to make trouble. As long as the company is here, it can basically be done. If the company is gone, if you want to get the money, there is basically no hope.

In short, people have a desire for money. The intermediary in cheating is to make full use of information asymmetry to make your heart beat.
