Daishan Salt Daishan is the largest salt-producing county in Zhejiang. Since the Southern Song Dynasty, it has been rich in fishing salt. Up to now, there are more than 35,000 mu of salt fields in Daishan. Daixi saltworks and Shuangfeng saltworks are the largest in scale. At first glance, it is a large gray salt field, and the source of the line of sight is the sea and the sky. Look at the sparkling salt in every dark salt field nearby. Piles of salt like snow crystals piled up at will, and the salt crystals shone silver in the sun. This reality forms the unique landscape of Penglai Fairy Island. Gaoting Town Salt Field is one of the key salt fields in Daishan County, with excellent salt quality and high first-class product rate. The average content of sodium chloride is 9 1.24%, the average whiteness is 58.57%, and the average particle size is 9 1.4 1%. It is known as "Dai Yan" because of its white and delicate particles, delicate taste and instant. It has been listed as tribute salt since the Song Dynasty.
Cixi Yantian is one of the most important sea salt producing areas in Zhejiang Province, and its salt-making history has been 1300 years. The production of sea salt in Cixi ranks first in Zhejiang for a long time, and Anton, the main producing area, is known as the "Salt Capital of Zhejiang". Located in the south bank of Hangzhou Bay, it began in Tang Dynasty and reached a certain scale in Song Dynasty. In the seventh year of the Song Dynasty (1047), the people along the coast of Cixi built the first seawall, namely the Great gutang, and the saltworks moved to the north of the Great gutang. According to relevant historical records, there were three saltworks, namely Longtou, He Ming and Shiyan, successively built in Cixi in the Song Dynasty from east to west, among which the salt production of Shiyan and He Ming accounted for 64% of the seven main saltworks on the south bank of Qiantang River estuary, and its importance can be seen. In terms of the quality of salt, the salt produced in these two places is the first. "Song history. "Shihuozhi IV" said: "The sea water east of Shiyan is salty, so the salt on the bamboo slices is particularly white." Later, with the movement of the Qiantang River estuary and the siltation along the coast of Hangzhou Bay, many salt fields were abolished one after another. After13rd century, the sedimentation speed in the north of the Three North Peninsula accelerated, and the actual operation areas of Shiyan and Heming saltworks also moved northward, eventually forming Anton saltworks.
The salt-making methods of various salt fields in Cixi have gone through three stages: suffering, plate drying and beach drying. During the Xianfeng period from Song Dynasty to Qing Dynasty, the method of scraping soil, drenching brine and frying salt was adopted. In the second year of Xianfeng (1852), the pan-drying salt production method rose, and the fried salt gradually decreased. The salt pan is the main instrument for drying salt. It is made of Chinese fir and surrounded by wooden frames to store brine. The board surface is smooth, and putty is embedded in the joints to prevent leakage. 1938, the number of salt pans in Anton saltworks was as high as 670,000, and the annual output of raw salt exceeded 654.38+10,000 tons, accounting for 40% of the total output of raw salt in Zhejiang Province, which established the status of the largest saltworks in Zhejiang Province.
Although drying salt in salt pan is a big step forward compared with the original method of cooking salt, the labor intensity of salt factory is still very high. After the founding of New China, the salt-making technology has been continuously improved and improved. During the period of 1953, the beach drying test was started in some production areas of Anton saltworks, and two beach drying test sites were established. After the 1960s, salt production in the beach became popular, and salt people were liberated from heavy physical labor. By 1967, Anton saltworks had achieved a high yield of raw salt, with an annual output of 230,000 tons, the highest in history.
Historically, the salt produced by Anton saltworks was not only used in Zhejiang Province, but also supplied to Jiangsu, Shanghai, southern Anhui, eastern Jiangxi and other places. The reputation of "Zhejiang Salt Capital" has become the pride of Cixi people.
In recent years, due to seawater desalination and other reasons, some salt fields in Anton Salt Field began to change waste salt into agriculture or dig ponds to raise fish, and the output of raw salt decreased year by year.
Qinghai is the main producing area of lake salt in China.
Qinghai Province: It is one of the main producing areas of lake salt in China. Qinghai Province, located in the northeast of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, is one of the main distribution areas of modern salt lakes in China, and its main salt lakes are distributed in Qaidam Basin. It is characterized by a large number of salt lakes, large reserves and extremely rich salt resources. This province is one of the important production bases of lake salt and salt chemical industry in China. Qarhan Salt Lake in Qinghai has a total area of 5 856 km2 and contains tens of millions of tons of salt minerals, mainly rock salt, potassium chloride and magnesium chloride. The distribution area of Kunteyi Salt Lake in Qinghai is 65438±0680 km2, with an estimated reserve of nearly 20 billion t: Dalangtan Salt Lake in Mangya Town, west of Qaidam Basin, is not only the largest salt mine producing area in China, but also the largest modern salt lake mining area in the world. Chaka Salt Lake (with a reserve of 450 million tons) and Keke Salt Lake (with a reserve of 654.38 billion tons) located in the east of the basin are well known. They are rich in indigo salts, and the content of sodium chloride is above 96%. It is an ideal production base for chemical salt and edible salt.
Tianjin Luchang Salt Area is the largest salt field in China, with high sea salt production.
Ying Ge Sea Salt Field is the largest sea salt field in Hainan Island, ranking second to none in South China. Built in 1958, with a total area of 3,793 hectares, the annual production capacity is 250,000 tons and the highest annual output is 300,000 tons. The degree of mechanization is 69%. The main products are crude salt, sun-dried refined salt, sun-dried high-quality salt, powder-washed refined salt and so on. Among them, sun-dried high-quality salt 1988 won the title of high-quality product of the Ministry of Light Industry, and raw salt 1992 won the first prize of Rongai Salt Saving System. In the past two years, the management mechanism has been completely changed and the economy has been fully developed. We have invested and built an Australian factory with an annual output of 300 tons, a magnesium chloride workshop with an annual output of 300 tons, a spirulina factory with an annual output of 2,000 kilograms, and a natural carrot factory with an annual output of 500 kilograms. At the same time, the tertiary industry has been actively developed, and more than a dozen companies have been established, integrating industry, commerce, trade, tourism and real estate, which has opened up a broad road for the simultaneous development of diversified businesses in salt and chemical industry.
Sea salt is mainly concentrated in Hebei, Tianjin, Liaoning, Shandong and northern Jiangsu, followed by Zhejiang, Fujian and Guangdong. There are 35 large and medium-sized saltworks along the coast, including Tanggu, Hangu, Huanghua and Nanpu in Luchang salt area, Fuzhou Bay and Yingkou in Liaoning salt area, Shouguang, Yangkou and Jiaoao in Shandong salt area, and Qingkou, Taipei, Tainan and Guanxi in northern Jiangsu salt area.
