The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
First, the recruitment conditions
(1) basic conditions
1. has the nationality of the people of China;

(3) The following persons cannot apply for the exam

Second, the recruitment object, unit, position and qualification conditions
(1) In addition to the relevant groups with policy basis, this recruitment is aimed at previous college graduates and all kinds of social talents who meet the post conditions.

Third, registration
(1) Registration channel
The registration, registration, inquiry, payment and printing of the admission ticket of this open recruitment examination will be announced through Hubei Personnel Examination Network (/www.jmrsks.cn) and the website of the recruiting unit, and the telephone will be kept open.
(3) The definition of assessment proportion.
In order to achieve competitive selection, in principle, the number of job plans and applicants shall not be lower than the proportion (interview finalists) specified in the job table.

Interviews are generally conducted in the form of structured interviews, lectures, skill tests, live performances, practical operations, and leaderless group discussions.
(2) Each recruiting unit shall determine the interview finalists from high to low according to the interview finalist ratio specified in the position table and the positions that candidates apply for and the total written test scores.
If the total score of the written test is tied for the bottom, the tied personnel will enter the interview together, and if they have given up the interview, they can be replenished in turn after confirmation.
If the interview finalists do not reach the required finalist ratio, the above-mentioned written test opening ratio treatment method shall be implemented.
(III) After the total written test score is announced, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will issue a notice of qualification review (announcement), and the human resources and social security department at the same level will organize the recruitment unit and its competent department to review the qualifications of the shortlisted interviewers, and the interview qualification review will be completed before the interview announcement.
At the time of qualification review, candidates should bring the original and photocopy of the materials required for the post to participate in the interview qualification review.
On-the-job civil servants [including the staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law] must obtain the consent of their units and provide written proof of consent at the qualification examination stage.
Candidates who fail to attend the qualification review at the specified time and place or fail the qualification review cannot enter the interview.

Candidates who give up the qualification review or interview should issue a written statement to the recruiting unit or send the statement to the recruiting unit by fax or scanning.

Six, the calculation of test scores
(1) Performance weight.
After the written test and interview scores are converted into 100% scores, they will be included in the total score according to the weight of 40% and 60% respectively.
If the interview is conducted directly in accordance with the relevant regulations, the weight will not be calculated.
(2) Scoring method.
The full marks of the written test subjects "Occupational aptitude test" and "Comprehensive application ability" are 150, and * * * is 300; Full interview score 100.
Candidates' written test scores = ("comprehensive application ability"+"professional aptitude test") ÷ 3; The interview results of candidates are the interview results.
The total score of candidates = (written test score ×40%)+ (interview score ×60%).

(3) Bonus policy.
According to the policy requirements of the state and our province on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grassroots level and join the army, preferential policies will be implemented for those who have completed the "three supports and one support" plan for two years and passed the examination, those who have volunteered for college students in the western region, and retired soldiers who have served in the army for more than five years (inclusive).
The above-mentioned personnel apply by themselves and pass the qualification examination of the municipal competent departments of each project (among them, the retired soldiers of college graduates are audited by the Municipal Bureau of Retired Soldiers Affairs), and the "three supports and one support" office of the city summarizes and publicizes the list of personnel according to the procedures. If the test paper score reaches the minimum qualified line, the written test score will be converted into a percentage system and increased by 5 points.

Seven. Physical examination and examination
