What are the responsibilities of factory quality assurance personnel?

Job responsibilities:

1. Implement workshop site safety and hygiene, GMP, three-level control supervision and inspection, pest inspection, product spot check, product safety tracking, abnormal situation handling and tracking verification to ensure the quality of ex-factory products meets the requirements of relevant laws and standards;

2. Verify the effectiveness of personnel, equipment, environment and water in the production workshop, verify the cleaning procedures, and monitor whether there are pathogenic bacteria in the production process environment, line samples and finished products;

3. Track the internal and external quality complaints (safety and health) of the company, assist the workshop to analyze the causes of customer complaints and abnormal problems, formulate improvement measures and verify the effectiveness of the improvement;

4. Sample the sewage treatment of the company to ensure that the sewage treatment is effectively monitored, and inspect and monitor the hygiene of the canteen;

5. Check the records and commitments of chemical control, storage, import and export of toxic and hazardous chemicals warehouse.

6. Management of sample room and inspection of finished products/semi-finished products warehouse.

Requirements:

1. Food, chemical engineering, bioengineering and other related majors;

2. Have theoretical knowledge of raw material quality management and product inspection knowledge;

3. Understand ISO9000, HACCP and relevant laws and regulations of food raw materials;
