The interview score of those who enter the written examination scope shall not be less than 70 points. Job vacancies caused by reasons such as abstention shall be filled up to the interview qualified score (inclusive) or above according to the interview results from high score to low score.

According to "General Rules for Open Recruitment of Teachers in Schools Directly under Heze Education Bureau in 2020" and other relevant regulations, the interview results are scored by the judges on the spot, and the average of the results of the other judges is the interview results of the interviewees except for a highest score and a lowest score.

Score with a percentage system, calculate to two decimal places, and round off the mantissa. The interview results are included in the total score by 50% conversion.
