The Blue Pathway Program is a program for 2010 graduates that places them in real business and industrial settings and prepares them for leadership in business and society.

This is a campus recruiting program to support IBM's goal of attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent to the university. As a major component of the annual campus recruitment program, the Blue Pathways Internship Program will provide internships with employment opportunities, mentoring, training and professional/technical development. Students will also gain competitive experience, such as recognition from IBM, upon successful completion of our Blue Pathways Internship Program. Students who maintain good academic performance and positive work performance with IBM will be sought to convert them to full-time employees upon graduation along with a campus recruiting program.

If we have enough high-performing interns available, we will not conduct on-campus recruiting at the end of the year.
