The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.
First, introduce the object.
1. It is urgent to introduce outstanding full-time undergraduate graduates from domestic universities.
2. Other majors will introduce full-time undergraduate graduates of the second round of "double-first-class" construction of first-class disciplines in universities announced by the Ministry of Education in 2022, or full-time graduate students with master's degrees or above in domestic ordinary universities (both undergraduate and graduate students are full-time), and overseas graduate students with master's degrees certified by the Ministry of Education of the top 300 universities in the world released by QS in 2022.
Second, the quantity and conditions of introduction
(1) Import quantity
It is planned to introduce 5 1 high-level talents and professionals in short supply (see annex 1 for specific positions and requirements).
(2) Registration conditions
1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and support China's leadership and socialist system;
3. Build a strong sense of Chinese national community and consciously safeguard national unity and progress;
4. Good conduct, strong professionalism and sense of responsibility;
5. Undergraduate and graduate students are required to be under 35 years old (1born after October 29th, 1987, 165438), and doctoral students are required to be under 40 years old (1born after October 29th, 1982). If the existing service personnel in Wushenqi meet the introduction conditions, the age of graduate students can be relaxed to below 40 years old (1982165438+1born after October 29th).
6. Academic qualifications, majors and other qualifications that meet the requirements of the introduced post;
7. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties;
8. Applicants must obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate before taking the exam.
(three) in any of the following circumstances, it is not included in the scope of this talent introduction:

Third, treatment guarantee.
1. The imported personnel are all prepared for the cause;
2. After formal employment, enjoy the salary and treatment of staff of institutions at the same level as stipulated by the state;
3. During the employment period, those who have passed the annual assessment for three consecutive years are directly listed as candidates for department-level reserve cadres;
4. After the probationary period of the imported personnel has expired and passed the examination, the doctoral students and master students who have graduated from qualified first-class universities (both graduated from "double-first-class" construction universities) will be given a subsidy of 400,000 yuan for settling-in expenses; Give 200,000 yuan to other qualified graduate students and undergraduate students who graduated from first-class universities; Give 654.38+10,000 yuan resettlement subsidy to qualified full-time undergraduate graduates of domestic ordinary universities who are in urgent need of professionals; 200,000 yuan will be given to overseas graduate degree holders certified by the Ministry of Education in the top 300 universities in the world in 2022 awarded by QS.
Fourth, introduce the procedure.
(1) Registration

Returned overseas students are also required to provide registration materials such as foreign academic degree certificates issued by the Service Center for Overseas Students of the Ministry of Education.

5. After successfully submitting the registration information on the Internet, applicants should log on to the registration website in time to check their preliminary qualification results. Those who pass the preliminary examination cannot apply for other positions. Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination download the registration form in triplicate for qualification review and use it in written examination and interview.
6. The applicant must be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, consistency and validity of the materials submitted online. Where the materials are untrue, inaccurate, incomplete and inconsistent, which affects the registration, qualification examination and employment, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicants themselves. (2) Prequalification
1. The preliminary qualification examination is organized and implemented by the human resources department of the flag organization. The preliminary qualification examination and registration will be conducted simultaneously, and the time will be18: 30 on October 29th-February 3rd, 2022 165438- 17:30. Flag organizations and human resources departments shall, according to the review of the application materials, put forward audit opinions, determine the list of personnel entering the qualification review, and publish it through the designated website.
(3) Qualification examination
Personnel entering the scope of qualification review shall bring the following materials to the designated place for qualification review within the specified time. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the qualification for introduction automatically. The time and place of qualification review will be announced through the designated website. Materials required for qualification examination:
1. Original and photocopy of the second-generation ID card 1 copy;
2. Undergraduate, master's and doctoral diplomas, degree certificates, electronic registration filing forms of academic certificates of the Ministry of Education, original and photocopy of China higher education certification report 1 copy;
3. Returned overseas students must also provide the original and 1 copy of the Foreign Degree Certificate issued by the Service Center for Overseas Students of the Ministry of Education;
4. Original registration form;
5. Relevant work experience, proof of research results and other required materials and certificates.
Qualification examination will run through the whole process of talent introduction. Anyone who finds that the conditions are inconsistent or fraudulent at any stage will be disqualified and all the responsibilities will be borne by the applicants. Those who pass the qualification review can print the admission ticket through the registration system. (4) written examination
Candidates applying for post code 0 1 must take a written test, and candidates applying for other positions do not need to take a written test. (5) Interview
The interview was conducted by an expert group organized by the flag organization and the human society department. Full score 100, minimum qualified score 70. During the interview, candidates will answer in the national common language, and those who fail to answer as required will be treated as zero. The total score (written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%) of candidates applying for the post code of 0 1 post, and the interview score of candidates applying for other positions is the total score, with two decimal places reserved. (6) Physical examination and inspection
1. According to the order of the total score from high to low, determine the persons who enter the physical examination and inspection scope in equal amount. Physical examination shall be conducted in designated medical institutions, and the items and standards of physical examination shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves.
2. Flag organizations and human society departments are responsible for inspecting qualified personnel. The investigation mainly adopts the methods of field visit, conversation, consulting files, social credit, and viewing records of violations of discipline and law. The contents of the investigation include political literacy, moral conduct, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, and whether it is necessary to avoid it. The inspection should be comprehensive, objective and fair.
3. Candidates who fail to have a physical examination on time or resort to deceit or conceal the real situation in the physical examination shall be disqualified from being introduced. (7) Publicity
Determine the list of personnel to be introduced for publicity on the designated website, and accept social supervision during the publicity period, and the publicity period is 5 working days. (8) Handling import procedures.
If there is no objection to the publicity or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the flag organization, people's society and the preparation department shall go through the relevant procedures for talent introduction. /kloc-those who fail to go through relevant formalities without reason within 0/5 working days will be disqualified.
