In order to deepen the reform of cadre personnel system, further strengthen the construction of community cadres, optimize the structure of community cadres and improve the quality of community cadres, with the consent of the district party Committee and the district government, it is decided to openly recruit and select 12 community directors (branch secretaries) for Jessie Street. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Position, Scope and Conditions

(1) Recruitment position

There are 12 community directors (branch secretaries) in 12 communities under the jurisdiction of Jessie Street.

(2) Scope of application

Demobilized urban veterans, college graduates, community residents, laid-off workers (including hidden laid-off workers), and current community cadres (including college students' community cadres). The existing community directors are all laid off and competing for posts.

(3) Registration conditions

4. With college education or above, Hui people can relax to high school education.

5. Have a non-agricultural household registration in Changzhi City and be in good health. 6. One of the following circumstances is not applicable:

① Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and have been dismissed from public office; Persons who have not been filed for review and closed;

(four) written test exemption and bonus conditions

1. Those who have served as middle-level or above leading cadres in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises can be exempted from written examination and directly enter the interview.

2. Persons with master's degree or above (including master's degree) can be exempted from written examination and directly enter the interview.

3. Persons who have served as community director or deputy director for more than 5 years (including 5 years) may enter the interview directly without taking the written test.

4. If the community has served as the director or deputy director for less than 5 years, the director will be rewarded 1 year 1 point; 0.5 points will be added for deputy director every 1 year.

Second, the recruitment and selection methods

This recruitment is conducted in a combination of examination and inspection, and consists of six parts: registration and qualification examination, written examination, interview, post ability test, organization inspection, physical examination and election.

(1) Registration and qualification examination

Applicants must hold their ID card, household registration book, graduation certificate and 4 recent one-inch bareheaded photos, and employees of institutions, enterprises and institutions must also hold the certificate that their units agree to apply for the exam, register at the Party and Government Comprehensive Office of Jiexi Sub-district Office of the city, and pay the registration examination fee 100 yuan/person; Applicants should carefully fill in the Registration Form for the Recruitment and Selection of Community Directors (Branch Secretaries) in Jessie Street, and the contents of the form should be true and clear. If you cheat, once you find out, you will be disqualified immediately.

(2) written examination

The written examination takes the form of closed-book examination, unified proposition, composing papers and marking papers. Comprehensive written test subjects, total score 100. The contents of the examination include: political theory and policy, basic knowledge of law, spirit and working concept of important provincial, municipal and district conferences, application of official documents, basic knowledge of computers, professional knowledge of community work and practical operation norms. After the written examination, the interviewees (except those who are exempt from written examination) will be determined according to the ratio of 1: 3 in the order of high and low scores, and announced in the urban news media.

(3) Interview

The interview mainly tests candidates' comprehensive abilities such as language expression, logical thinking and improvisation. Interview results do not add up with written test results. After the interview, according to the interview results, the candidates who enter the post competency test are determined according to the ratio of 1: 2, and announced in the urban news media.

(D) post ability test

The post competency test mainly tests the ability of candidates to deal with and solve practical problems in community work, as well as quality factors such as hard work and solidarity with comrades. The time is half a month. After the expiration of the period, the candidates for organization inspection and physical examination will be determined according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 1.5, and announced in the urban news media.

(5) Organizing inspection and physical examination.

The district conscription leading group organized a unified inspection of 18 people who entered the country. The contents of the organization inspection include political thought, moral quality, law-abiding and other aspects, as well as professional work ability, leadership and control ability, comprehensive coordination ability, and ability to deal with complex affairs; After comprehensive investigation, 12 people were selected as community directors (branch secretaries), and the results were announced in the urban news media. After the candidate is determined, a medical examination will be conducted. If there is a vacancy in the position candidate due to unqualified medical examination or voluntary abandonment, it will be filled in equal amount in turn according to the order determined after the organization inspection.

(6) Election

The election will be conducted in accordance with the election procedures stipulated in the Constitution of China and the Organic Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Urban Residents Committee.

Third, treatment.

The elected community director (branch secretary) enjoys the government financial subsidy 1250 yuan every month during his term of office, and enjoys various corresponding labor and medical insurance. The probation system is implemented, and the probation period is one year. Those who fail to pass the probation period shall be dismissed according to the relevant prescribed procedures.
