1, initial test: the initial test is written test, including comprehensive quality test and professional knowledge test. 2. Interview: The interview is divided into multiple links, including individual interview and group interview. Personal interview is one-on-one communication with the interviewer, who will ask questions about personal experience, ability and career planning. Group interview is an interview process in which many applicants participate together, and group discussion or teamwork activities will be held.

3. Video interview: ICBC will conduct preliminary screening or remote interview through video interview. Video interview requires candidates to participate in the interview in a quiet and well-lit environment to ensure the normal work of the camera and microphone.
