Requirements for employment with the State Administration of Foreign Exchange

The basic qualifications are as follows

(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws;

(3) Have good political qualities and moral conduct;

(4) Have the professional or technical qualifications required for the position;

(5) Be physically fit to meet the requirements of the position Conditions;

(6) Possess other qualifications required for the position;

(7) Over 18 years old and under 35 years old.

Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

Those who have been criminally punished for crimes; those who have been expelled from the Communist Party of China; those who have been expelled from public office; Persons who have been listed as targets of joint punishment for dishonesty in accordance with the law; Persons who are under punishment or have not yet completed the period of impact; Persons who have been found to have committed serious disciplinary violations such as fraud in civil servant examinations at all levels and recruitment by public institutions; Persons who are not allowed to be employed according to laws, regulations and policies Other situations where the employee is a staff member of a public institution.
