3. Physical condition. It meets the requirements of physical examination standards for teachers in Heilongjiang province, has good physical and psychological quality, has no history of infectious diseases and mental illness, and meets the needs of education and teaching.

4. Education and teaching ability conditions. Have the necessary ability and quality to engage in education and teaching, initially master and apply the basic theories and skills of education and teaching, and basically be competent for the education and teaching required by the recruitment position.

5. Not more than 30 years old (i.e.1born on or after July, 1990).
