Shandong Quanlin Group is a large-scale collectivized enterprise with pulp and paper industry as its core, located in Gaotang County, Liaocheng City. The annual output is 700,000 tons of machine-made paper, 400,000 tons of refined pulp, 400,000 tons of organic fertilizer and 2.4 billion food and medicine packaging boxes. The company has established a national enterprise technology center, and passed the international trinity management system certification of quality, environment and occupational health and safety and the national AAAA-level standardized good behavior enterprise certification. It is the first batch of national circular economy pilot enterprises, national high-tech enterprises, the top ten enterprises in the national paper industry, the six pulp and paper groups cultivated by the Shandong provincial government and the key planning enterprises of Liaocheng's 10 billion industries. The company has successively won the honorary titles of Shandong Excellent Environmental Protection Enterprise, National Advanced Enterprise in Light Industry Quality and Benefit, and National Top Ten Enterprise in Paper Industry Economic Benefit.
