The inspection contents include inspection thoughts, understanding, system, measures, hidden dangers of accidents, labor discipline, funds for safety measures, use and distribution of labor protection articles, three violations (illegal command, illegal operation, violation of labor discipline), and rectification of remaining problems. Inspection methods are divided into five categories: daily inspection, regular inspection, special inspection, seasonal inspection and surprise inspection. The methods of safety inspection include self-inspection, mutual inspection, spot check and auxiliary inspection. Safety inspection is an effective measure to raise awareness, understand the situation, find problems and investigate hidden dangers. It is the key to do a good job in safety production and establish and improve various safety production rules and regulations. With the system, employees can have rules to follow and evidence to follow when they take up their posts. All kinds of systems are the accumulation of past experiences and lessons, and only by observing rules and regulations can safety in production be realized.

Three, production workers to achieve "four diligence", safety work is guaranteed. "Four diligence" means "eye diligence, hand diligence, brain diligence and oral diligence". Industrial companies have many factories and complex jobs, such as machine maintenance and casting. In this case, we should consult technicians and experienced masters in time, observe carefully, study hard, use our brains more, and operate in strict accordance with the operating rules, so as to avoid all potential safety hazards, nip in the bud and effectively ensure safety in production.

Four, strengthen the safety education of employees, increase safety training, improve the overall quality of employees. We should make use of the pre-shift meeting and Friday safety activities to educate employees on safety, stick to the study of one topic a day and one case a week, and publicize the dangers of safety to employees in combination with accident cases, so that employees can firmly establish the safety concept of "safety first, life first" and understand that safety is efficiency and safety is happiness. Change employees' safety concept, change "I want to be safe" to "I want to be safe", and let employees consciously and voluntarily abide by rules, regulations and laws, so that safe production can last and be guaranteed.
