Sharing of written test questions and interview experience for Zhejiang Radio and Television Computer Jobs

Today is a good day to write about the whole process of the 2011 Zhejiang Radio and Television Computer Job Written Interview. I hope to appear in 2012 The gift package can also provide some reference for future XDJM exams. The Zhejiang Radio and Television Computer Examination is divided into four sessions over two days: 1. Written test, 2. Side one, 3. Side two, and 4. Computer test. The details are explained below.

1. Written test

Written test 9:00-11:00, ***two hours. I saw that there were more than 50 students who came for the interview, but only about 20 came to participate, less than half. I don’t know why. The content of the written test covers a wide range of topics, including current affairs, radio, television, telecommunications, communications, network engineering, and the operation of the three major office software. There are no procedural questions. There are three types of questions, fill-in-the-blank, multiple choice and question and answer. However, the question volume and difficulty are not large and can be completed in about half an hour.

Fill in the blanks (part)

1. 2011 is the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China

2. The mascot of Zhejiang Satellite TV is (Blue Giant Star) )

The standard of 3.3G mobile phones is adopted by China Mobile (TDS-CDMA), China Unicom (WCDMA), and China Telecom (CDMA2000).

4. The types of LAN cables include coaxial cable, (twisted pair), and optical fiber.

5. Convert the decimal number 93 into binary

6. Triple play refers to. . .

7. The word window includes (title bar), (menu bar), status bar, editing window, etc.

Multiple choice questions (partially, I can’t remember some of the options, they are just general content)

1. Questions about IP addresses and network segments

2. To play PPT, press (F5)

3. What is the effect of pressing and dragging a cell in the excel table ()

4. You can copy a piece of text in word (after selecting Press Ctrl while dragging)

5. The correct technical expression of network security is (). Options include password, signature, firewall, etc.

Short answer questions

1. What are the three ways to modify the left indent of a paragraph in Word.

2. The difference between web1.0 and web2.0.

3. What are the network security technologies?

4. What is streaming media? What are the main streaming media formats?

2. One side

One side is a single-sided class, arranged in the afternoon of the first day, and each student will have about ten minutes. There were about 10 interviewers. First, I introduced myself for 1-2 minutes, and then the interviewer asked questions. During my interview, only the main interviewer asked questions, and one of the others asked where I was from.

Mainly asked me general questions about my undergraduate and graduate majors and research directions, career plans, which units I have applied to, etc. No specific professional and technical questions were involved, and no questions were asked about project internships that I have participated in. But according to other students, they have been asked.

After the first interview, the HR asked me to go home and wait for news, saying that I would make a call in the evening to enter the second interview.

Three and Two Sides

There is no suspense in the second side, and the students from the first side collectively enter the second side. The format of the second interview is exactly the same as the first interview, the interviewer has not changed, and the content is basically the same. I don’t know why I have to waste time and money to arrange one more interview. (A small complaint, because I am always at the bottom of the queue and have to wait for several hours)

First, choose a question to answer, choose 1 out of 6. The main topics include: how to treat friends and opponents at work, how to improve work efficiency, the relationship between big and small things at work, etc. There is almost no time to think about the answer. Unlike the civil service exam where you can draft a question, you can basically think about it for a few seconds before answering. Then the main interviewer asked me, what are your advantages in applying for this position, what are your shortcomings, what do you think of the industries you have invested in, including radio and television (just a few mentioned in the interview), do you think you can be serious about work? An example?

And a question that makes me a little confused:

Question: Do you think HR values ??your aura of being a great person when you apply for a job, or something else?

Answer: It’s me strength.

Question: So do you think they will all want you based on your strength?

Answer:. . . Each unit has different requirements for people, and it all depends on the wishes of both parties. . .

Another examiner asked me about my expectations for salary and benefits, and then it was over.

IV. Computer test

The time was the afternoon of the next day. I originally thought I was taking the test in the computer room, but it turned out that I was taking the test in an office of their department, and the computer was also used for office work. Computers also have no programming problems. The time is 30 minutes.

Question:

1. Set the computer’s IP address, subnet mask, and gateway to the values ??specified in the question.

2. Download an input method software that you commonly use.

3. Type the document in the appendix of the question as usual, and set the font, paragraph and line spacing, etc. according to the requirements of the question.

4. Send the edited document to the designated mailbox using your own mailbox.

Generally speaking, the two-day centralized written test interview of Radio and Television is more suitable for students from other places. At the same time, the questions in the written test and interview are not difficult, and you will be fine with a little preparation. But the final recruitment criteria for radio and television are unknown. ;
