1. An auxiliary police officer who has not been graded has a probation period of half a year, which is called a trainee auxiliary police officer, and the probation period is not included in the grading period. Those who pass the examination after the probation period will be formally examined.

2 high school (technical secondary school), the first assessment level is generally seven auxiliary police;

3. College degree, for the first time can be rated as six auxiliary police;

4. Postgraduates with bachelor's and postgraduate degrees but not master's degrees can be rated as five-level auxiliary police for the first time; Master's degree or above, can be rated as four auxiliary police for the first time.

Auxiliary police with work experience can be assessed for the first time according to their work experience and years, and the level can be reasonably determined by referring to the auxiliary police with the same conditions in this organ.

Auxiliary police are divided into seven grades, from high to low, namely: first-class auxiliary police, second-class auxiliary police, third-class auxiliary police, fourth-class auxiliary police, fifth-class auxiliary police, sixth-class auxiliary police and seventh-class auxiliary police. Strict examination and promotion, mainly in accordance with the number of years between the seven auxiliary police and the four auxiliary police. Between level 4 and level 1, the auxiliary police are selected and promoted according to the number of places to be hired.

Auxiliary police below the second level, who have made outstanding contributions or made remarkable achievements in performing special tasks at the same level, participating in important special work and major security and stability work, can be promoted to the first level in advance after passing the examination:

(a) won the county recognition, can be promoted to a level 6 months in advance;

(2) Those who are commended by the bureau level can be promoted to the first level 1 year in advance;

(three) won the provincial and ministerial recognition, can be directly promoted to the first level without the prescribed number of years.

(4) The Party Committee of the public security organ at or above the county level decides that it can be promoted to the next level 1 year in advance. If the same deed has won multiple awards and honors, or if the same person has won multiple awards and honors during his tenure at the same level, the highest honor will only be calculated once, and it will not be repeated.
