Does Industrial Bank recruit regular workers on campus?

Banks usually have three types of employees:

1. Staffing (i.e. regular workers)

2. Contract workers (i.e. labor dispatch)

3. Detention

The preparer directly signs a contract with the bank and needs to be dismissed at the provincial level (only when he makes a big mistake).

Labor dispatch workers directly sign contracts with labor dispatch companies. If the bank is not satisfied with them, it can directly dismiss them through the labor dispatch company. The pay is very poor, far less than that of regular workers.

Interns are not employees recruited by banks, but students in the graduating class of financial schools, and they are arranged to practice in banks.

Campus recruitment is mostly about recruiting staff, but there are exceptions, so before signing a contract with a bank, it is necessary to see whether it is a contract with a bank, not a labor service company.
