The existing community workers generally have three or four years' work experience, and the film policemen are all old policemen with twenty or thirty years' work experience and life experience, and they all have inexhaustible things for us to learn. Pay attention to study while working, observe carefully, think more and ask more questions, consult modestly and accumulate experience. As long as you are a serious and responsible person and good at learning, you can quickly master the essentials of your work and successfully complete your tasks.
Fourth, if you don't practice, you will really work hard. Don't "dislike" the job and the treatment.
Community work is a new occupation and a sunrise job. Many things are still being further explored and tested, and some systems need to be further standardized and improved. In fact, for our employees, the most important thing is not how much salary we can get in a month, but how much experience and real contribution we can get from this job and how much room for development we can have. As Kai-Fu Lee said, "Opportunity is far more important than stability, career is far more important than money, and the future is far more important than today." Don't think too highly of yourself, but do things in a down-to-earth manner. Only by doing small things well can you prove your practical ability. Your achievements will be recognized, there will be more opportunities and more room for development in the future, and bread and treatment will naturally come.
