In March 1996, Xinbang Company donated 100,000 yuan to Luodian County to build roads.

In September 1996, Guizhou Province suffered a severe flood. Xinbang Company donated 270,000 yuan to relieve the victims.

In June 1997, Xinbang Company donated 100,000 yuan to ethnic minority towns in Guizhou Province to support local economic construction.

In September 1998, the Guizhou Xinbang Medical Senior Student Assistance Program, which cost RMB 100,000 and was intended to rejuvenate the country through science and education, was officially launched on the 60th anniversary of Guiyang Medical College.
