Application conditions for assistant judges

The conditions for applying for judge assistant are mainly related to education and age, specifically:

1, with China nationality, and the judicial police post is limited to Chengdu household registration;

2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

3. Have good political and professional qualities and good conduct;

4. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

5. Judges' assistants and clerks must have a bachelor's degree or above in law in ordinary colleges and universities;

6. Judicial police posts must have graduates with college education or above from ordinary colleges and universities, with a height of 1.70 meters or above, limited to men;

7. The age of applying for the position of assistant judge and clerk shall not exceed 30 years old, and the age of applying for the position of judicial police shall not exceed 28 years old. The deadline for age calculation is the date when the registration announcement is issued;

8, familiar with office software, familiar with computer operation.

Under any of the following circumstances, you may not participate in the application of a judge's assistant.

(1) Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes;

(2) Persons dismissed or dismissed by the employer;

(3) Persons who are being audited, disciplined, suspected of committing a crime, under investigation or whose judicial proceedings have not yet ended;

(4) Other circumstances in which it is forbidden to apply for the examination as stipulated by laws and regulations.
