Development of Xinhui Shuangshui Power Plant

With the vigorous promotion of Shuangshui Power Plant, in March 2004, the Guangdong Provincial Government decided to build the country's largest, large-scale and professional paper base in the Yinzhou Lake area, with a total investment of approximately 98.1 billion yuan, with a construction area of ??24 square kilometers and a final annual output of 10.4 million tons of paper products. The base uses Shuangshui Power Plant as a public engineering island. The power plant provides centralized heating, electricity, cooling, water, centralized pollution control, and port logistics for resource recycling. Guangdong Yinzhouhu Paper Base has a good development momentum. Several large-scale papermaking companies, including Asia Pacific Paper, Zhenlong Paper, Vinda Paper, and Zhongshun Paper, have settled in and started production one after another. The 400,000-ton newsprint project jointly owned by Shuangshui Power Plant and Shandong Huatai Paper Co., Ltd. (600308 Huatai Co., Ltd.) is under construction. In the process of diversified development of the enterprise, a number of professional subsidiaries have been established successively, and a project investment management department was established in March 2007, which is responsible for the management of the preliminary and project implementation processes of all projects of the group company in Yinzhou Lake Paper Base . It has carried out construction projects such as 10,000-ton wharves, water supply plants, sewage plants, cement plants, and 600MW thermal power plants.
