The finished product is as clean as milk, moist and refreshing, oily but not greasy, and has the characteristics of not touching vegetables, chopsticks and teeth, so it is also called air ball Ye Er Ba. Because its finished product is wrapped with orange leaves, it is named "Ye Er Ba", which combines the fragrance of glutinous rice and orange leaves.

Tofu curtain

Huaiyuan town alone has a history of more than 500 years. First, make edible soybean milk from high-quality soybeans, then add appropriate amount of salt water to thicken it, and then stir it evenly with a brush. Then, soak the gauze, put it in a wooden box, lay a layer of fine cloth and tofu brain, filter it dry and make it into the shape of a curtain. The biggest feature of curtains is that they must be eaten with moldy long white hair. It is slightly astringent when eaten raw, can be roasted and fried, and has a special taste.
