I am a recruiter. We usually look at the actual ability and experience of candidates in the recruitment process. Knowing CAD and UG is just a tool at work, lacking practical work experience. Most units do not accept inexperienced designers, the most prominent of which are fresh graduates.

There are three suggestions:

1, according to your major, you can start as an ordinary technician. 2. It is suggested to learn Solidworks on the basis of CAD and UG software, because these three softwares are interoperable in many units. In other words, you can use any tool or several tools without knowing which company uses it, which is better.

3. After choosing a relatively suitable work unit at first, don't change your job and unit frequently in the short term, which is not good for you to find a job in the future. Employers may think that you change jobs frequently for two reasons. First, you think the unit is not good. The second is that you don't work well in the unit;
