How do double non-undergraduate students get four big offer?

The four major school recruitment processes include online application, group face and single face. One-sided interview is set behind the group face. The group mainly examines whether the characteristics of the interview candidates are consistent with the characteristics required by the audit position. Only after the group gets a positive conclusion can we conduct a one-sided interview with the candidates and deeply understand whether their "tonality" is consistent with the interview firm and the stability of individual employment.

I graduated from Shuangfei University with a bachelor's degree, so I have a natural disadvantage when applying for the Big Four, but I got three offer from the Big Four (one of them didn't apply). I think this is mainly because I am fully prepared personally. Based on my four personal one-sided experiences, I would like to share my relevant experiences with you, hoping to help you with your four interviews.

Four single-sided standard processes:

1) Interviewer: Generally, it is the direct partner after joining the company (the project that the interviewer will do after joining the company is likely to be the project of interviewing the partner);

2) Form: one to one;

3) Process: self-introduction+open questions (partner asks questions, interviewer answers)+partner asks questions (interviewer asks questions, partner answers);

4) Duration: Generally, it varies from 30 to 40 minutes according to the personal style of different partners and the school recruitment projects they participate in. If the chat is pleasant and speculative, then the interview duration can be extended appropriately.

How to prepare one side:

1) self-introduction: it is recommended to prepare a bilingual version, which generally requires English self-introduction. If not, it is recommended to introduce yourself in English; The duration should be about 2 minutes, not too long;

2) Open question communication:

Classified as:

Resume questions (such as introducing the work content of the internship? )

Motivational issues (such as: why audit? Big four? A company? )

Questions about personality (such as personal strengths and weaknesses? )

Questions about professional ability (such as accounting treatment and standards, which are rare in school admissions interviews).

For the answer to the question, please make sure that the answer is:

A. Highly relevant to the question (unable to answer irrelevant questions)

B. you can highlight one of your own characteristics (you can't just describe things, the core is to show one of your strengths or abilities by describing what you have done).

C is supported by specific matters (you can't just say that you have any abilities or advantages, but there are no specific matters as support)

D express clearly, concisely and logically (you can't output crazily, but you can't speak logically, so that the listener can't understand what you really want to say)

E. In addition, besides preparing the content, you should also practice your tone, rhythm and expression, so it is recommended to practice or record in front of the mirror to ensure that it is like telling a story (unlike reciting a text without feelings).

3) Ask questions to partners: It is not recommended to ask unrealistic questions, because the interviewer is not familiar with the related issues in this field, which offends the interviewer's questions. You can ask some questions about your future job. Such as: the development trend of interview firms, employee training policies, etc.

Summary: One-sidedness is to further show personal style in the form of questions and answers, imagine what professionals (especially auditors) should be like, and prepare in advance as a standard, thus showing their high adaptability to the positions they are interviewing.
