Zhuhai Huafa warehousing requirements?

The requirements are as follows:

1. Product information review: All building units in the project (except C1 and C1-2) shall submit information according to one bedroom and one stall (detached building/building) .

2. All building units must submit the "Zhuhai Commercial Housing Sales Contract Registration and Filing Application Form" within 5 working days from the date of completion acceptance.

3. Buyer’s confirmation letter: Those with permanent residence in Zhuhai City need to provide proof of no housing in Zhuhai City (3 working days).

4. Bank mortgage information: The buyer or legal guardian must provide mortgage bank statements for 24 consecutive months (including 24 months) in the past six months. The mortgage banks are Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and China Construction Bank. One of the banks, Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, China Resources Bank of Zhuhai, and Postal Savings Bank of China.

5. Those with non-Zhuhai household registration must provide proof of social security or personal tax payment (3 working days).
